Since have lots of experience with coding mobile apps for iOS and Android, recently we took the time to build our mobile app for Shopify and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
The mobile app uses Flutter, an open-source framework by Google for building beautiful, natively compiled, multi-platform applications from a single codebase. In other words, the app is coded once and it perfectly works on both platforms (iOS and Android).
On the other hand, the app uses Shopify's Storefront API, a GraphQL API that requires an access token associated with a specific Shopify store. The API offers a full range of commerce options making it possible for customers to view products and collections, add products to a cart, check out, etc.
