Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The theme must not have been used to create a live, published Shopify store.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and process the refund within 1 business day. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
The following are exceptions to our refund policy:
- Customization services: Refunds are not available for any customization services provided.
- Theme bundles: If you purchase a theme bundle and request a refund, the refund will apply to the entire bundle, not individual themes.
